You can make sure you don’t get some of these by making sure you get plenty of Vitamin “D”. Vitamin “D” is one of the most important vitamins you need, and the best way to get it is by plenty of Sunshine striking your body.
You need about 15-20 minutes of full sunshine daily to convert that sunshine to create natural vitamin “D” in your body.
I have been making sure I get plenty of Vitamin “D” since I live in the Pacific Northwest, and we don’t get as much sunshine as people that live in the south, who probably don’t know they could be deficient is vitamin D.
I take Cod Liver oil daily and the last time I had my blood tested, I was told I was low in vitamin D and needed to take more, to be better protected from the ravages of a low supply of it in my body. I was shocked that I was low in that vitamin, as I took it daily, but was just not taking enough of it.
It just aggravates me when I hear on TV when the sun is going to shine today, and the commentator says “Make sure you spread on plenty of Sunscreen if your going to be in the sun today.
That is exactly what is causing the cancer in your system, when you spread so many chemicals on your skin and then sit in the sun and let it cook those dangerous chemicals through your body.
When you spread it on infants you are really putting your child in a very bad position to having all those chemicals absorbed into their system. Always remember that you need at least 15 – 20 minutes of full sunshine daily. So if you are going to be out in the sun for to much time you should make sure you have some clothing to protect yourself and your children when you exceed 30 mins or more time , unless you have been getting your daily dose for all summer, as your body can take more of the sunshine when you get plenty daily.
Mainly if you eat good natural food you get the nutrient that help protect you skin from getting burnt easy. When you eat junk food you are getting chemical additives in your body that are detrimental to your healthy living.
Nature has taken into consideration your bodies balance when you only eat natural substances and will protect you better. If you need to use supplements for your daily vitaminD supply, you should take Cod Liver oil or a good Vitamin D-3 for the right supplement.
Any time you can keep chemicals from entering your body the healthier you will be.
Remember, our ancestors never had chemicals to put in their bodies and that is what we need to do now to stay healthy. It is really hard to buy food and not get additives that are added to our food, unless you grow your own food and know you are not putting chemicals on the plants to make them grow faster. You need to grow Organicly to get good nutrition and keep you healthy.
This year I have gotten a rotatiller and dug up part of my open areas and am right now building a green house to grow my seed for planting only organic foods for our health.
I bought some 20foot 1″ PVC pipe and drilled holes in some two by fours to insert the pipe into the holes and then bend them into a Quanset hutch, and then bought some clear plastic that I pulled over the form and ancored it with slats screwed to the pipe.
Now I have a 16 foot by 12 foot great green house. All rounded so the rain will run off to the ground. I built a bench on each side and anchored the pipe to the bench. I have to finish this now so I can close up the ends, so the rain tonight won’t blow through it. and maybe damage all the work I’ve done so far.
Just remember, get plenty of sunshine and cover up after at least when you have been in the sun for a 30 min period so you don’t get burned. That will make it easier for cancer to start getting a foot hold.
You don’t want to be deficient is Vitamin D, so if you don’t want to get it from sunshine, then take a vitamin D3 supplement.
